The Onondaga Lake Trustees are looking for public comment on a proposal negotiated with Honeywell for more than 1,000 acres of habitat restoration and hiking trails near the lake and in the Tully Valley and other projects to help make amends for damage done to the lake.
Kenneth Lynch, Executive Deputy Commissioner of New York State Department of Environmental Conservation; and Anne Secord, Acting Deputy Field Supervisor for the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, will present the proposal at the next F.O.C.U.S. Forum. The agencies are seeking comments through June 2.
