The MOST Summer Library Program brings you a 45-minute interactive demonstration on scientific discovery!
From simple electric fans to superconductors, our world is full of amazing gadgets; but how do they do what they do? Once you understand how something works, you can use it to explore new ideas and create new things!
In this OCPL Summer Program, participants will build some common machines using simplified parts and find out how people get energy from the wind, sun, water, and the world around us. They will also learn about the great minds of the past and investigate the diverse scientists of today to find out what they are doing to better our world!
This event is FREE and open to the public.
