Land Bank Side Lot Program

Interested in purchasing the vacant lot adjacent to your property? NEHDA can help.

The Land Bank typically requires that the applicant combine the lot with their existing property through a re-subdivision (requires approval from the Planning Commission and a stamped survey) prior to conveying title.

This process is featured at a very low cost and is administered by NEHDA.

Mow-to-Own Program
