Notice of Membership-At-Large Annual Meeting

October 15, 2025, 5:30-7:00 PM

Residents of the NEHDA operations area (described below) are invited to attend and vote on the matters summarized below.

Teall to James, Oak, Farmer, Hier, Park, Grumbach, Carbon, Butternut and Grant to Court Street, Court to Seventh North to Hiawatha Blvd. on the East; Hiawatha Blvd. to Route 81 on the North; I-81 on West; and Route I-81 and Route I-690 on the South to Teall. The target area includes all of Census Tracts 2, 5.01, 6, 7, 14, 15, 16, 17.01, 23 and 24

NEHDA will present an annual report of operations and discuss, the proposed affiliation of NEHDA with Syracuse Northeast Community Center, Inc. and ongoing NEHDA initiatives.

Summary of Matters to be Voted on at the Meeting and Recommended by the NEHDA Board of Directors:

A. Appoint the following persons as directors of NEHDA:

B. Approve the amendment and restatement of the NEHDA By-Laws to, among other things:

1. change the fiscal year to a calendar year, and

2. make Syracuse Northeast Community Center, Inc. the sole member of NEHDA

C. Ratify and confirm all actions previously taken by NEHDA.
